We are hiring full time skilled framing carpenters for our team with a start date ASAP.

After completing a one-year probationary period and successful review processes, employees are eligible to become members in the co-op and entitled to a share in dividends.
Our business is high performance new builds and renovations in both residential and small commercial buildings using Passive House methods and principles. We use advanced framing methods and Larson truss wall systems. We use Passive House Planning Package and DesignPH for energy modelling to design and build some of Manitoba’s most energy efficient and resilient buildings with ultra-low carbon footprints.
We focus on high quality craftpersonship and attention to detail. Demand for high performance buildings is growing and we need new members to satisfy our growing customer list.
Applicants must have framing carpentry, project management, and supervisory experience.
Successful applicants must be able to get to job sites within the city. We also work in surrounding communities, a class 5 drivers licence is an asset.
